The Garden Club hosts a number of events and fundraisers each year.
May 25th 2013 -- Annual Plant Sale
Thank you for participating in this annual event. The funds raised are used to support 11 civic gardens and other community projects. We look forward to seeing you at next year's plant sale. |

July 10th 2013 -- 15th Annual Garden Walk -- Parade of GardensThe Garden Walk is the Club's major fundraiser and we invite you to join us on this gardener's day. Tickets go on sale on June 1st at Castle Farms, Charlevoix Country Club, Christians' Renolda Greenhouse, Clothing Company, Esperanace, Marion Scoolhouse Gardens, Mary's of Boyne, Pine Hill Nursery, Round Lake Bookstore, A Touch of Spring, Charlevoix Floral, Petals-Custom Floral Designs, Charlevoix Chamber of Commerce, and Petoskey Chamber of Commerce. Garden Club members also have tickets for sale. Tickets are $10 in advance of July 10th and $15 on the day of the Walk. In addition to the above listed businesses, on the day of the Walk, tickets may also be purchased at the Gardens. If you have questions, please call 231/547-2119. |

Standard Flower Show
The Flower Show is held in alternate years and we expect our next Flower Show to be held in 2014. The 2012 Award of Design Excellence and Tricolor Award winner is shown to the right, entitled Wedding Anniversary Party, entered in Section B, All Fresh Plant Materials, Class 6, A Creative Design. In this exhibit, the designer chose to portray a First Wedding Anniversary, using paper products. There were 36 entries in the Design Division. We hope you will visit our Flower Show in 2014. |

October 11-13th 2013 -- Bulb Sale During Apple Fest WeekendJoin us once again at the annual Bulb Sale. We hope to bring you a variety of bulbs that will bloom beyond your imagination in the spring. Look for our booth in the park. |

Ways and MeansThe Charlevoix Area Garden Club “Ways and Means” Committee offers fabulous garden gifts (for yourself or others) at various events. Popular items include: Joyce Chen scissors, Cool Mud gloves infused with Aloe, Stainless steel trowels made in the USA, ergonomic tools recommended by PT’s and OT’s, our privately labeled 100% botanical soap, and many other “seasonal” items. Look for our offerings at most CAGC sanctioned events! |
